Shape 4 Life Private Fitness offers a variety of services to meet our clients’ needs.

Fitness Assessment

All session programs require an initial one-time fitness assessment before participating in any group or 1-1 sessions. The process takes about 30-45 minutes. Deidra will go over health screening forms, program options, healthy eating plans, scale weight, and body fat analysis. This will determine how YOU will reach YOUR weight loss and shape up goals. Not included with current specials. $59 without a Living Social or Groupon Voucher.

45 Minute Indoor Cycling

Prepare for 45-minutes of a HIGH CALORIE BURN & NON-IMPACT WORKOUT as you take a ride up mountain sides, over rolling hills, and do invigorating sprints. NO WORRIES if you have never taken an indoor cycling session before. Your personal trainer will set you up for the ride of your life!

BodyBlast Bootcamp

Give your old fitness routine the BOOT and ENLIST TODAY in this low impact, small group session that incorporates body weight, core and strength exercises into a 50-min workout. A dynamic program that emphasizes alternate strength training exercises with low-impact aerobic activities. Every exercise can be modified for lower or higher intensity. Packed with variety and tons of fun. No guts, no glory in this total body workout.

THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES:
  • Small group sessions with no more than 12-14 clients per session
  • New Workout routine for every session
  • Traditional Bootcamp with Steps, free weights, medicine balls and/or resistance bands.
  • Instructor led for motivation and accountability!

CircuitBlast

Burn fat and improve overall fitness in this amazing session! Circuit Blast is a station-based workout that includes both cardio and strength training routines in an energizing environment. It incorporates plyos, lunges, squats, resistance training and more!

Cycle & Tone

Prepare for 50-minutes of a HIGH CALORIE BURN & NON-IMPACT WORKOUT as you take a ride up mountain sides, over rolling hills and complete invigorating sprints across the finish line COMBINED with a fat burning weight resistance full-body workout. You will leave this ONE-OF-A-KIND session craving more! NO WORRIES if you have never taken an indoor cycling session before. Your personal trainer will set you up for the ride of your life!

THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES:
  • A small group setting allowing no more than 9 clients per session
  • A motivating instructor to push you toward the finish line or that last bicep curl
  • Session uses resistance bands and/or free weights, and of course indoor cycling bikes
  • New workouts for every session
  • Accountability

Shape & Sculpt

Shape & Sculpt is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, usually focused on core strength. Most medicine balls, exercise bands, or dumbbells. You perform traditional weight-training moves in a group session setting.

THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES:
  • Strength and muscle toning and lowers your risk of bone loss, but only if you lift heavy enough weights.
  • An exhaustion factor of all major muscle groups.
  • Body sculpting and core strengthening

Interval Cardio

We also have classes that incorporate interval cardio. Interval cardio involves a series of fast-paced exercises done at full speed like a sprint interspersed with low speed, easy intervals to help you build endurance. Interval cardio really works the heart and promoted circulation as the different speeds get your heart rate up and down quickly. It’s a great method for weight loss and for those who want to be able to run longer distance. Check back soon for more info on interval cardio.
